The flower stand is attributed to Andé Groult. It is reminiscent of Groult's folding side table from around 1924, when Groult created modern, elegant and practical designs with clear geometry and without ornamentation. This beautiful eye-catcher can be used very well as a shelf. For Groult, innovation was not necessarily without ornamentation. High-quality materials and finishes as well as rich decorations and colours are typical of much of his furniture.
