Necklace, in-house design Jakob Bengel, Idar-Oberstein, Germany | Early 1930s
Blue galalith, nickel-plated brass, spring ring clasp; machine-made and handcrafted
A necklace featuring clean, geometric lines, set with five dark blue, pentagonal galalith discs. The setting, comprising double metal tubes, and the shiny metallic chain links lend the necklace a distinctive Machine Age aesthetic.
